The Rescue House is a non-profit animal rescue and shelter organization operating in Istanbul, Turkey
We rescue and treat animals in need and house them until they are rehomed. We also do regular feedings of stray animals in remote areas and organize sterilization campaigns.
Founded in January 2019 by a group of volunteers, today we house over 250 dogs in need at three different shelter sites.

Foster a Dog
Why not become a guardian angel and sponsor one of our dogs? By sponsoring an animal, you can ensure that they are comfortably housed in one of our facilities until they are rehomed. You can sponsor one of our dogs from 150 TL per month, and become their Guardian Angel. You can visit our living space whenever you want, see your sponsor dog and spend time with them.
Now more than ever, we need your support to care for the hundreds of animals who arrive at our gates every year.
We rely on fosterers to provide temporary homes for the animals in our care. Fostering an animal can help them recover from neglect, abuse, illness or injury - taking the first steps towards finding a new, loving forever home.
When you foster an animal you'll also be freeing up space in our centres so that we can rescue more animals in desperate need.
